panchos cantina, they have one in island park and great neck, i'm obsessed with it, have been going there since i was a kid!

although i LOVE panchos, and grew up down the block, (chicken and avocado ranch enchiladas being my fave) i think its more tex mex then Mexican..
i would HIGHLY suggest Aztec Emperor in Seaford..or for alil more "formal" my dh and i go to Don Richardos in Babylon...LOVE it

Ay Caramba on Park Ave. in Long Beach, there are 2 one is fancier both have awesome food!!!
