Spaghetti squash!
I forgot I bought one of these the other day so this is dinner tonight.
I am so excited.
I haven't had one I think since this time last year.
I am going to make a quick chunky tomato sauce and then sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan.
How do you like yours?
