Southern Maine Vacation - Orchard Beach, York, Oqunquit or Kennenbunk?
We are planning to do a beach vacation to southern maine in July with a 15m toddler.
Can you recommend which town is best for a toddler - Orchard Beach, York, Oqunquit, or Kennenbunk?

I think Ogunquit would be the best!
York can get very crowded and from our experience a bit crazier. Nice to visit but I personally would not stay there.
I think Kenn. is very very nice but on the higher class side and I didn't find it kid friendly at all. Again a day trip is perfect.
Orchard Beach is nice but I think Ogunquit would be your best bet.

We decided to go to Ogunquit.
We would like to be as central to the center as possible. I would prefer to stay at a nice resort with easy access to the beach and a clean pool. Beachmere Inn has a week minimum and we only plan to spend 3 nights.
Is anyone familiar with Sparhawk or Anchorage in Ogunquit?
Are there any other better resorts in Ogunquit?

Both are really nice!!
We stayed at the Sparhawk a fews years ago and it is great.
Both are very close to everything.
You can't go wrong with either IMO.

Sparkhawk seems to get better reviews but the pictures on the Anchorage website look nicer.
I think I am going to go with Anchorage.
Can you recommend your favorite eats in the area?
We plan to definitely check out the York Zoo and Amusements.
