So...the gagging started last night!
I work nights and start feeling nauseous and started gagging in the car on the way to work and in the elevator! I brought Saltines with me and have been eating them. They actually helped!
I am six weeks today. I remember this feeling started at 7 weeks with my son. I am not looking forward to the rest of December and possibly the whole month of January feeling like this!
I did get good news though. I wasn't scheduled to have my first sonogram until January 12th. I would be around 10 weeks. I called to check on my HCG levels and prenatal bloodwork and the nurse practioner squeezed my in for the Monday after Christmas. I will be 8 weeks then! I hope everything is OK ! I can't wait to see Little Bean #2.

Re: So...the gagging started last night!
I'll be 6 weeks tomorrow, and it started for me tues and was pretty bad wed. I can't believe that it started that early already? When i had my beta done, it was pretty high though (progesterone was up there too, but not extreme or anything), but i wonder if that is why i'm feeling it this early?
I picked up boxes of saltines, graham crackers, matza, some lemon candies and ginger ale. i'm really trying my hardest to stave it off. I notice it really does help to eat a few crackers (or something else small and bland) every hour or so. I can't believe how hungry i've been, too! But i try to eat something small at the first sign of hunger and that really seems to help.
that this isn't long lasting for any of us!!

Re: So...the gagging started last night!
my morning sickness started at 6 weeks on the dot. It started with just dry heaving and then moved on to full fledged throwing up. The most frustrating thing for me was that none of the typical home remedies would work....nothing. Not crackers, not ginger, not B6, not the seabands. Literally I just have to sit around and be miserable waiting it out.
