sorta wedding related
i got married in september and i STILL have yet to receive my video. i got a clip from it a month ago and he said he was almost done. arggggh. now i sound like a pirate. i just wanna see the finished product!! all you need is a little patience

Heyyyyyyyyyyyy...my sister is converting it to DVD so we can watch it for the second time and fall asleep.
Me thinks we had the longest wedding ever...

It's okay...the wedding itself was really boring..the reception is much better...the recap (two minutes) is the best.

haha that's what im afraid of (especially since i paid alot of money for our videographer) i'm hoping i'll watch it like 10 times the first week, 1 time the first big family holiday we have with my husbands huge family, and then when we have kids. maybe once every anniversary.

hahah i don't know what religion you are but did you have full mass?? i didn't. WE didn't even have the patience for that. we wanted to get on with the show!! it was a good half hour, interesting, personable (even our jewish friends were impressed and loved it) we're getting the raw footage of like 7 hours. i'm scared i might've said some not so nice things haha.

EWWWWWWW...on the raw footage!
We had a full mass with a candle lighting ceremony.....one FULLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL hour....not fun to watch again.
I love my DH, but it was a bit of overkill....
The reception is so much better.

I got my wedding video a month after our 3rd anniversary. I still haven't watched anything but the ceremony. We'll be married 4 years in June. I soooo didn't care about the video, obviously.

holy crap, why did it take so long??
my bil just got his video 2 and a half years (and 2 kids) later, but it was their fault cause they never sent in thei pics and songs. my videographer doesnt do pictures so that's not the reason why he's taking so long. grrr

Ray told me that he usually takes 6-8 months or so. That's definitely standard in the business.

weird, i wasn't asked for photos nor did i want them in my video. i wanted my video to be different and not like any typical video so i went with him. he just emailed me today and said it's ready. im so excited

We got married in July and we just got our wedding video last month. So far we have watched it 4 times. Once by ourselves, once with his family, once with mine and then our friends came over and wanted to see it. There were some parts that made me cry. Esp of my doggie who passed away a few months ago but by the 3rd time i so did not want to watch it anymore. It's good to have the memory but i doubt i will be watching it again anytime soon

I got married in Nov. and just got my video 2 weeks ago. I was annoyed, but now I guess that was pretty good time.
We watched it a few times with family, and now it's in the entertaiment center with the rest of our dvd's!!!
