I have to take colace every night. And it was SOOO bad one night, DH had to call my dr, and she made me take an enema. It was the best relief ever!

Not sure what that is - my doctor told me fiber suppliment and colace was the only thing that was okay to take. I would call your doctor's office and ask I think most people were told to take colace - I know you can't take a laxative.

Drink apple juice & also make sure you are drinking lots of water. It worked wonders for me.
