sorry but another cheese question
why am i making this so hard? lol
ok i get it, pasturized is good and safe...BUT
almost every cheese i read the ingrediensts on says pasturized cheese AND cheese cultures.
is this bad? i thight the cultures is what i had to avoid and if it is, i cant find any cheese i CAN have.

I thought that only cheese you can't have it brie and you can have feta in moderation.

you can eat cheeses...try to stay away from soft cheeses and if you have them do it in moderation...
your not a dummy..."they" have too many rules :)

If it says pasteurized on the label I have been eating it. If you're not comfortable hold off on the cheese and wait to talk to your doctor to see what they advise.

There are other cheeses that are soft, like goat cheese and fresh mozzarella, too. But some hard cheeses are not pasteurized, so you shouldn't eat them either.

I never once looked at any of the packages when I ate cheese. I am a cheese nut....I ate them all. DS is a year old and fine.
