Sore throat remedies?
What do you think works best for you? I tried taking cold medicine ,drinking tea, drinking orange juice... I feel awful.

Tea w lemon, honey and fresh ginger. That helps a lot.
Take Apple cider vinegar a few times a day

If your throat is hurting because of postnasal drip, you might want to try using a Saline spray or using a Netty pot to clear out your sinuses. I also gargle with warm salt water when my throat hurts
My mom and grandmother also used to mix honey with lemon and I used to eat it with a spoon When I had a sore throat

its a temporary fix, but i love the cepacol lozenges. they numb your throat so i can get through the day

Not sure- but this always happens to me with the change in weather!
Probably allergies, which would mean it is postnasal drip.
If you do the Neil-Med sinus rinse, it clears out the excess mucus so no more dripping in your throat to make it sore. It stops the problem from happening instead of just treating the after-effects.

So many people are sick right now with bad colds (including myself).
I guess that's what happens when the weather goes from 20 degrees to 90 
The one thing that had worked for me last time I had a sore throat was believe it or not; apple cider vinegar.
Otherwise, its just takes some time ---
I would avoid the orange juice though for now. You are probably irritating it more.
NyQuil helps with sleep also.

Gargle with sea salt
Elderberry 3x a day when sick/1x when not
Make a mixture of 1oz. mothers apple cider vinegar, squeeze half a fresh lemon, tablespoon of raw or Manuka honey, cinnamon, and take as a shot, or add warm not hot water and drink as a tea.
Netti pot
Pineapple juice if you have a cough
Obsessive hand washing and if have kids everyone changes clothes when they get home
Also I have a wellness tea I make and drink daily in the winter
Bone broth daily or a quality probiotic
Stay away from dairy if it's allergies

Advil is an anti inflammatory so may help relieve symptoms so you can sleep especially.

Aside from Advil... Sleepy time tea with throat tamer with lemon and honey. My husband has terrible post nasal drip and always has a sore throat during the weather changes he swears by this method.

Also any time I feel I am getting sick- I double up on my daily dose of this.
It's a miracle worker for your immune system.
I used to be sick all the time. Since I started taking it, not sick once:
