sore throat/head cold
anything I can do to help it...I know we can't take anything, but any suggestions on what I can do to help it?

Are you sure it's a cold and not allergies? I'm having the worst allergy attack today, with a terrible sore throat along with it (post-nasal drip I guess) and my OB said it was ok to take Claritin.

not sure...I don't normally get allergies....but my son had strep this week, so I am thinking that its just being sick
