Sore Throat
I woke up this morning with a horrible sore throat. I've tried to call my Dr's office twice but it's been busy. What can I take to help?

Gargle with salt water. My dad swears by it, and it always works, although I pitch a fit when he tells me to do it. It is gross tasting!

I love Robitussin cough drops - it really soothes my throat (preggo or not). You're allowed to take Tylenol, anything more than that I'd speak with your doctor as some are more conservative than others.
Did your heat just kick on last night / today? I know that makes me think I have strep every year for like a week (until I remember I did the same thing last year  ). Try sleeping with a humidifier, it may help.

ugh.... i woke up with one too.... i'm gonna suck on my halls if it gets bad but until then, im just gonna make sure that i drink my juices with vitamin c

We haven't turned the heat on in our apt yet, but I sleep with a fan on every night. Every morning I wake up with my throat a little scratchy but today it was really bad and hasn't gone away.
