sore, pulled muscle feeling
Anyone else experience a soreness, like a pulled muscle feeling in their groin area (both sides). Feels like I've been doing a million squats, especially when I get up after sitting or laying down for a while!! Any idea what this might be? I have an OBGYN appointment tomorrow so i'll ask about it, but just wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same thing.

Re: sore, pulled muscle feeling
Could be. There's a lot of stretching and pulling going on down there. Are they sharp, sudden pains? Or constant.

neither, not sharp or sudden and not constant. feels exactly like pulled muscle or sore muscles from working out too hard... if im sitting down i don't feel it at all, sore if i get up after sitting for a while, feels better when i walk around for a bit

Your hips could be adjusting as you get a little bigger.

It's just relaxin in your body making things shift uncomfortably out of place. Totally usual.

Re: sore, pulled muscle feeling
Yes, I have had it since ai was around 25 weeks or so, I'm 39 weeks now. Sme days it's really, really bad, I can barely walk, lift my feet to shave or get dressed or turn over in bed, some days it's not so bad, but it's always there. There have been days when I felt like m heart stopped or I wanted to scream, cry I was in so much pain. I was told to use a pillow between my legs and sleep on the side, take Tylenol if it gets really bad and try and not overdo it . Other than that there is nothing much you can do. Mine feel like that soreness you get from exercising too much , or if you ride a bike or a horse for the first time in a long time, but much more severe .
