sore feet
We went to Disney last week and one day i wore flip flops (almost 6months prego) well it really messed my feet up so the rest of the week i wore sneakers but was in soo much pain.
They never really swelled up just very sore and painful to stand on. Its on both my feet on the outside side areas ( i guess the arch part)
We have been home since Saturday and i have stayed off my feet as much as i can and i have soaked them twice a day in warm water and epsisom salt but they are just so painful still...
Is there anything else I can do should I call the Dr about it?? One friend recommended going to a foot relaxation spa and getting a good foot massage think that may help??

Sounds like plantar fasciitis - that happens to me when I wear flip flops at the beginning of the season. It is really due to the lack of support that flip flops provide and probably does not have anything to do with being pregnant (although I am sure lose ligaments might aggravate it).
When I get this, I massage my foot with a gold ball and it usually loosens everything up.

How far along are you? They say to be careful about foot massages because if you hit certain pressure points you can induce labor.

You can try taping up ur foot or getting a sports wrap thingy for it
