sore boobs..?

About a month ago I changed the BC i am taking, for the last 2 weeks my boobs have been so soar. Today they hurt so bad that i couldnt even wear a bra all day..
Do you think this could be a side effect from the new BC?
I took a pregnancy test a couple of days ago it was negitive.. I dont think im prego but the pill i am on i dont get my period so I wouldnt know if it was late anyway....

So funny you posted this! I have been dealing with the exact same thing for over a week now. I normally get very sore boobs a week or so before my period, but I am not even due to almost 2 weeks. They are so bad I can't let the shower water touch them and I have to sleep in a sports bra. I don't even remember them being this sore while pregnant. I started having massive panic attacks and took a test today...negative.
So from what I have read online, it seems hormonal imbalance does play a big role. Which doesn't surprise me since my period was wonky this month.
I am not on the pill but the pill can definitely contribute to it from what I read. Especially since you just changed pills. Your body may be adjusting to the new hormones.
I need to make a dr appt and bet my hormone levels checked.
