soo stress!!
hello everyone! Iam new to this forum! just wanted to share my ansiety with everyone here! we are trying to purchase our first home! we are under contract! the appraisal come yesterday, to check the house! grrrr, just hoping this stress finishes real soon!

Welcome! I am in the same boat, appraisal just got approved, we got commitment letter, they keep asking for sooo much paperwork...hoping this ends quick!

thanks for answering back! don't know how much paper they have asks, and keep on asking! It has been so much, but I know it will pay of at the end!

@ cookie..That's what everyone tell us! Hoping to hear news from the appraisal by the end of this week! we're doing it with the VA, so it usually takes a litlle longer!
