it looks like 3% down from my research
I just googled it
it seems like there are alot of requriments
and I know they take really long to close- not the normal 2 to 3 months

it's 3%, but sometimes they might require for you to put down more than the 3% depend on the neighborhood where the property is located.

I just got my sonyma mortgage approval- just so you know it takes longer than a conventional mortgage- which adds to the stress. The rates are better and they do some sort of closing cost assistance loan that as long as you stay in the house for 10 years you don't need to repay. Good luck, it is worth trying to get one- my rate is 5.75 and I am getting 6000 towards my closing costs.
