Sonogram question
Af came so I have to go in for a sono just to make sure I have no cysts bf I start clomid again. Do they do an internal or external. Thinking internal but with af that's just gross. Lol.

Sonogram question
Internal. Its not as gross as it sounds, the gel they put on it is worse than anything else.

Yes, they will do an internal sono. I thought it was gross to, but honestly, its not that big a deal. They usually have paper towels, pads, tampons in the room for you too...

Get used to it if you're seeing an RE! CD3 appts are internal sonos during your period!!  As the others said though, it's not as bad as you think .. The drs have seen it all.

I thought it was kind of squicky... but with all the vaginas they see every day, I hardly think mine stands out.
So, I don't stress it.

Sonogram question
i just had it done too and i apologized to my dr because i was bleeding heavily (CD3 is the worst for me!) but then i added "but i guess that's your job" and he laughed. just like joanne said, they see a lot of vaginas every day and i'm sure it doesn't even phase them.
