Son won't nap - any ideas?

DS is 2 years old. He still naps regularly at home for 2-3 hours 4 days a week. He used to do the same at my mom's house the other 3 days, but for the past month he's been screaming & crying & fighting it like you wouldn't believe. I feel so bad for my mom He's in the same room, with the same full-sized crib he used to love, but he just won't go down - even if he's falling over tired. I'd think he was dropping his naps, but he's fine at home. We've tried letting him cry it out & adjusting his nap time, but nothing helps. I know it's a long shot, but does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

can you try napping in another area of the house maybe something happened in there a bug dream something or maybe napping in something fun like a tent just so you can eliminate fear of the room/bed

It's funny - earlier today I mentioned moving his crib into her 2nd guest room to see if that helps. I think that's our next step!
