It's way too polar with the categories. The choices are "A" or "B", but for most of them, I'm more of a "B+" or "A-", or some combination of the options.
I also fluctuate based on the situation. I prefer being introverted a lot of the times, but there are definitely times when I need to be extroverted, and I do that without hesitation.

No. It boxed me in too much, and I fit in both categories, so I don't think it was very accurate at all.
Then again, it does admit to having basically no accuracy at all...
But these four letters are only indicating your "preferences" just like we say a right-handed preference person iis a "righty." This doesn't mean the person lacks or even devalues his or her left hand. The four letters only signify a dominance of which end of four important mental process or perspective dichotomies a person favors. In some cases this favoring my be quite close 53/47 for example; in others the reliance may be more clear cut.
So two people can have the exact same outcome, but one is 100% in one type, and the next person can be 51% in the same type. IRL, that makes them very different personality types, but in this method, they are listed as the same.

ENTJ: They excel at implementing ideas and are often on the lookout for good ideas worthy of their attention. They are quick to organize, orchestrate, find resources, coordinate, and follow through to the end of a project. They love a problem, especially one that will make full use of their competencies, their logic and sense of order, justice and fair play.
They have little tolerance for personal whims that threaten a smooth running operation. They are direct and honest with most things that displease them and expect others to do the same. Their humanity shows in their sense of fairness and justice as well as their love of humour.
This is SO me. Very organized and detail-oriented. But also hate when others are late to things, or bail last minute on plans with useless excuses. If I am planning ahead to make something work, so should everybody else!
