Something amusing
So, my box-o-drugs came last night and it includes 100 vials (20 boxes) of Menopur 
But my ins covers it, so DH was looking at the slip and was like, So what would this cost w/o ins...I tell him and he grabs the box heads for the door and says, OK....I'll be back in a few hours, pack for Hawaii while I'm out!! 
I was  the rest of the night!!

100 vials! Yikes! They have to be refridgerated - do you have a seperate fridge for all that? That is so funny with DH . Wait to you start taking them...my dh has been considering moving out due to my sweet behavior while on them

Gee thanks!! Think I'd get something out of the deal!! 
Sadly, I use most of the meds....so if I get a BFP, may not be too much left to share but trust me....it'll all be for free if there is any!! (or maybe a small babysitting fee  )

Well, they don't need to go in the fridge..but I did that last time and took up a whole shelf!!
I actually do quite well on the injectibles...Clomid, now that's another story all together!!

Oh ok...I refridgerated mine so I hope that is ok. I am on menopur & gonal f now and suprisingly not as nasty as I was when I was on bravelle. DH thought I was the exorcist and that my head was going to spin around any minute!

If I stim as long as last time, I will be using at least 72 vials...that is if the dose doesn't go up. Thankfully it's all but a co=pay right now.

Oh, usually 12 days...I've done up to 14 on Goanl-F. My ovaries have this very thick tissue over them so the meds do not get absorbed very well so they just keep pumping them into me!!

hhhmmm I stared the 2nd cycle at 150iu and eventually went up to 300iu and got 3 follies. Last time I did Menopur, 3 vials for four night then 6 for 8 nights, got 3 follies.
This time I am starting at 6 vials per ngiht...and we shall see. He wanted to kinda max me out to see if we can get more then 3 follies or is that all we'll have to work with for IVF...if this last cycle with IUI is a bust.

Mine came yesterday afternoon... It's insane how many things were inside that box!! And then we got a detailed bill with proces of everything... We only had to pay a co-pay which was expensive enough but if we didn't have insurance to cover that...
Ur DH has a point tho... That was just too funny!!!!
