Someone was smoking in our buildings bathroom
I know who it is bc someone told me they saw the person.
This person is on VERY thin ice at their job as it is.
This person constantly takes off, complains constantly and is very distracting to other co-workers.
Would you say something to her supervisor or not?

I agree with this. I mean, she will be found out, but I would feel bad for ratting someone out for something that I didn't witness personally. Especially since it could cost this person their job.

No I wouldn't. You didn't see the person for yourself and also it doesn't sound like this is something that happens all the time. Maybe they are having a really bad day or are going through god only knows what.

I wouldn't, I'd just feel like its not my business. Not to mention, with my luck, what comes around goes around and someone will end up screwing me one day over something as stupid!

absolutely i would say something. i recently complained about someone smoking in my office building and i believe it has stoppeed completely (they did it more than once but i complained more than once). i was willing to take it to the board of health if i had to and some ladies from here here were helping me figure out who to contact.
