someone on my floor is cooking
and it smells
so what did I do
I went out in the hall armed with febreze air freshner and sprayed 
odor under control now.

nothing stinky in my fridge lol.
My apartment is nice and fresh just the hallway stunk when I let the handyman in to fix leak in the shower. Actually he even commented how my apartment smelled delicious yep thats the word he used lol.
But now the cooking has intensified and when I pass the foyer area there is the hint of the "funkiness" again lol.
Might need to leave an air freshner in the hallway

When we lived in our apartment there was a family living right underneath us who would boil up cabbage constantly!!! They were Korean and apparently this is a staple in their diet, so it was seriously like every weekend.
The only solution we found was to light a nice scented candle.

I HATE when that happens. The lady who lives downstairs from me sometimes cooks foods that STINK. So I open up the front door to the house to air it out.

OHHHH I hate that. When I was pg the first time and wanted to puke 24/7, our downstairs neighbors cooked garlic with every meal. I wanted to die!
