Hey scott, if you chip in a penny or two I am sure we could come up with the down payment on this one!!! We could all live together in this house!! And lo and behold it is in the famed Jericho school district which doubles its price to begin with!

This might sound crazy but for two acres of land in that neck of the woods for 3 million and new construction that's not bad.
An ex's sister was very wealthy and lived in that area. Four years ago she was looking at $2-3 million dollar houses. I went house shopping with her a few times and it was interesting!
She wound up buying one of the old Gold Coast Estate houses that had a ballroom big enough to hold a Bar-Mitzvah in it and invite over 200 people

Well, with your money from commerce bank and my pennies from Coinstar I will at least be able to (maybe not) fill up my car with gas to go and see it!!!!
