Some wording help
Writing up a commission plan but we only want to pay commission on a new name account. We're defining new name account as a new corporate logo - in other words not a subdivision of an existing client.
I'm sure some corporation is going to redesign their logo & some schmoo is going to think they're getting paid on it...any help with the wording?

Re: Some wording help
That's a tough one.
Can you be specific and say just what you did here? Something like "The new client must be a new corporate logo and in no way affiliated with a current client of the firm."

I like that. Thanks. I was off at the trademark office trying to determine corporate logos. I think I'm overthinking this anyway.

Re: Some wording help
How about something like:
Plan only eligable to new corporate customers. Does not apply to any company or subdivision of an existing client of the firm.
