Some tips from my Acupuncturist

I thought I would share some stuff:

Raspberry Leaf tea-women's tonic. Supposed to be good for the uterus. I had it today for the first time. I brewed a cup and threw it over ice..

No dairy
no caffeine

foods that are blood nourising:

cherries
raspberries
blueberries
strawberries
red meat
beets

foods that are life foods:

eggs
seeds
nuts: walnuts, almonds
seaweed

Disclaimer: this is what she suggested to me directly. I thought it was pretty harmless so I am sharing.

Re: Some tips from my Acupuncturist

another tip I got from mine is to avoid cold food and drinks.

You only want warmth by your belly/uterus
