some people...
I don't know if I've vented about this yet, but I am astonished at the filth that our new place was left in... We've been in there cleaning for the past week and it's been such an ordeal --- it took me 3 bottles of Kaboom to see the white bathtub floor! Thank goodness PC Richards is coming tomorrow with our new appliances -- if I had to clean the filth out of the stove and refrigerator I would have had a fit... we have to get new floors because the carpets were all ruined under the furniture...I'm not an immaculate person, but I would be embarrassed to leave my home like that for the new people... we're moving out of our apartment and I'm spackling and scrubbing already.... vent over... thanks!!

Just a question....didnt you see this dirt when you looked at the house?
Im just asking because I hear allot of people complain about how dirty a placed is when they move in but I cant beleive that from the time you went into contract on the house and when you actally closed the people didnt clean. From the sounds of the dirt that you are discribing, sounds like years of dirt build up...not months.

In February it was messy, but not filthy. They were clutterbugs with 2 little kids. At the walkthrough we couldn't even see into the bathrooms or any of the rooms because they were in the midst of packing and their stuff was piled.
