Some cooking questions
I know - these must be silly questions 
I am making a weight watchers stuffing recipe and it says to use day old bread. So does that mean 1 day after the expiration date or do I leave it out , unwrapped for a day? 
Next questions - deviled eggs recipe. Her blog says its best to use 1 week old eggs. So , again, 1 week after the exp date  or 1 week after I buy them?

Day old bread usually refers to day old bakery bread...it will be more stale.
Eggs- idk but I assume 1 week old.
