Solids
At what age did you start veggies and fruit?
ETA: Emma is 4 months and started rice cereal and is loving it - I just wanted to know when I can start to introduce new foods.

Re: Solids
We also started the cereals at around 4 mos. My pediatrician said to try out all the single grain cereals for at least 4 days each (rice, barley, oatmeal) and then introduce fruits, one every 4 days, then veggies, one every 4 days.
In the beginning, I did each new food for 1 week, so it took me until around 5 mos. to get around to the fruit.

Re: Solids
After he got used to cereal (which he started at 4 months), we moved on to fruits and veggies (about 2 weeks later).

Re: Solids
Thanks everyone - I didn't want to introduce foods to soon, but at 4 1/2 months I think she may be ready for veggies.
