soda/water for party

Having a bday party and there may be 50 adults and 15 children.

How much soda?
What kinds of soda?
Should I get juice for the kids?
What kind of juice?
How much water?

I find most of the woman end up drinking bottled water and most of the men drink either beer or soda. The kids will drink either soda or juice. We are having a mothers day / birthday party in a couple of weeks. I plan to get at least 2-3 cases of water, several cases of soda (diet and regular pepsi, sprite maybe orange), at least 50 juice boxes (5 cases with 10 boxes per case), and a few cases of beer for the boys. I kinda figure at least 3-4 drinks per person for a 3 hour party.

For dd's baptism I had about the same amount of people and a few less kids. I bought the following... and what I had left over in parentheses

4 bottles Pepsi (2 unopened)
4 bottles diet Pepsi (3 unopened)
4 bottles Sierra mist (2 unopened)
3 gallon jugs off Poland spring water (1 unopened)
2 bottles Apple juice (Apple and eve brand because that's what i usually buy)
2 bottles fruit punch (Apple and eve) (1 bottle of each unopened)

We also had wine and beer though. I'm not sure how much beer because DH bought that but I'm guessing he bought 6-8 12-packs and we had plenty left over. Wine we had 3 bottles each of white zinfandel, pinot and merlot. (The bigger bottles.) We had 2 unopened pinot, 1 unopened zinfandel and 2 unopened merlot.

I buy the gallon jugs of water to reduce the waste and half drank bottles all over. On sale a gallon of Poland spring is $1 at stop and shop.

We are having about 60 adults and 20 kids and I plan on buying
4 cases of soda (24 pack)
2 coke, 1 diet, 1 sierra
3 cases of water from costco (35 per case)
2 24 pack beer
I'm serving pink lemonade for the kids.

Whatever is left over we will go thru after the party
