Soda
I am usually not a soda drinker to begin with, but now that it is kinda off-limits, it is all I crave.
Is caf-free soda ok?

Re: Soda
Caffeine-free soda is perfectly ok, and regular soda is fine so long as you don't over do it.

Re: Soda
I am an avid Coke drinker. I try to drink Caffeine-free as much as I can. Sometimes I still wind up guzzling a regular coke (I just try not to Biggie-size it)

Re: Soda
It was the one thing I gave up the month before I ttc'd & conceived.
I'm sure in moderation it's fine, but I'd stay away from anything with aspartame

Re: Soda
I drink soda a lot and did through both my pregnancies. I stuck with caffeine free if I could, but didn't deny myself a regular coke when I wanted one.
