They had been sleeping for about 4 hours at a time and then that stopped. Then my one daughter started waking after about an hour and a half to two hours after the feeding to eat again..thank GOD she didn't wake my other daughter! So tonight I gave them a little more at 10PM to kind of tide them over and hope they would sleep longer. WELL tonight they must have compared notes because they were both up earlier looking to eat.

Well DS is almost a year (1/24) and STILL not STTN. He still gets up about 2x and eats both times. Chat Icon

How often do they eat during the day? We made sure to feed Lily every 3 hours during the day and it really helped to get her to STTN.

I think it's just the child--we still feed DS every 3 hours at 6 months, and fed every 2 hours for the first couple months (he gets the bottles along w/ 3 meals now) and I can count on 1 hand how many times he's STTN. Chat Icon

Oh absolutely!! Each child is different. I just know that that was one of the things that helped Lily, and I know some people are afraid of waking the baby during the day to eat, so I figured I'd offer it just in case.

My son is 12.5 months old and he is STILL not STTN on a regular basis. Some nights we get lucky, others not so much and then we have the occasional night from hell where no ones gets any sleep at all.
