So, what's everyone having for a late night treat?
I am embarrassed to admit I just finished a large glass of chocolate milk with chocolate covered pretzels
Anyone else with me?

A few Triscuits with some sliced Swiss cheese. Yum  NOT
It's because I have GD and and need to to keep my waking (fasting) blood sugars in check. I'd much rather have something sweet if I am going to eat this late!

I always eat something sweet even with the GD!
What's your carb allowance?
I've found that having graham crackers with PB works for me OR a fiber one brownie topped with PB... add 8 oz milk to either of those :)
