So, what triggers your MS?
Just curious to know what triggers everyones MS...
For me is 1- going on an empty stomach and 2- this horrible after taste in my mouth after I eat. I cant wait until this is over.

Darkness- for some reason I get queasy at night. And definitely if I get close to getting hungry.

Breathing!!!!! Serioulsy when it was really bad anything would set it off.
Not the vomitting it gone but I have heartburn from anything or nothing.....I honestly don't know what is worse.

For me, it was always letting me stomach get empty. I had to always make sure to snack throughout the day to keep from getting nauseous.

Yup same for me, at 28 weeks I feel better but still dealing with that nasty after taste, can't wait till it goes away!!

 oh no...you mean it can last that long  That aftertaste is the worse thing ever! how do you deal with it?

brushing my teeth! The taste of the toothpaste always makes me  . Which stinks because after you throw up you need to brush your teeth again

thinknig about a meal i had that made me nauseous (chinese food for example)

Planning meals - thinking about making dinner
The thought of different foods (like raw chicken)
And if I brush my back teeth for too long, I can lose it...
