This is MY OPINION only......to me was a complete waste of time. Everything they told me about breathing through contractions went right out the window once the pain started.
They did teach a few things that I found interesting, but majority of it was boring

Yes, we are fully prepared to be bored! I just feel like I want to go, since this is my 1st...but have definately heard that some people do not benefit from it, while others do.
Also, the last half of the class takes place at the hospital in the maternity ward...so that must be worth it!!!
