So upset with Canvas People...what do i do?
I ordered an 8x10 canvas of DH, DD and I on June 3rd, made sure the final product was correct, May 30th i get it in the mail and half my husband's face is cut off! His ear is on the back of the canvas, this is his Father's Day gift, I called and spoke to a woman she asked me to email pictures which i immediately did and she said she would rush a replacement and assured me Father's Day delivery since it was a Father's Day gift, fast forward to today, i called to check on because i hadn't heard anything, receieved anything and she says it was just reproduced YESTERDAY and hasn't even shipped yet  Father's Day is in 2 days and i have no gift now, im not giving him a canvas with his head cut off for Father's Day, now what do i do? I have no gift and what do i do about canvas people....i think this is pretty ridiculous....she assured me i would have it....

Why can't they ship it overnight? Or saturday delivery?
Where is this pic for? Maybe get a smaller pic made up and frame it for his office/wallet?
I'm sure he'll understand.

honestly, I would give DH the messed up one, have a good laugh about it and tell him the corrected replacement is en route.
I would ask for compensation of some sort from Canvas people.

They apparantly don't do any kind of expedited delivery, just standard.

Thats just BULL!! They should expedite it..It's their mess up!! I am mad for you!! I would tell them if they can't expedite it then you expect a full refund! Next time use Invsion it on Canvas. I won a canvas from them and its beautiful. Which reminds me I never posted the pic of it. Again, I am so sorry this happened to you!!

OMG you should give it to him and not say a word about it being messed up. Talk about how pretty you look, how cute your DC is, how you cant wait to put it up and see what he says!
