So tonight I ate...
...BUGS. 
I decided to make myself some macaroni with butter. I boiled the macaroni, drained it and put the butter on.
I'm eating it and I look down and see a little white thing.
I pick it out and it just looks like a spare piece of pasta.
I take another bite. And look down again and I see about 10 little white bug carcasses.
Lord knows how many I ate before I realized. 
So I guess I should ask the popular preggo question...
Is it safe to eat bugs when you are pregnant???

I don't know about the safety, but if there was a barf icon, I'd be posting it like crazy. I can't believe you didn't get sick after realizing that!!!!!! YUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh believe me...there was that second of gagging when I realized.
Then I wondered if I should MAKE myself throw up, but I decided that since they were definitely dead I probably wouldn't be harmed by it.
But I'm still totally skeeved.
Nothing to do but laugh about it now.

It was Ronzoni.
But it was an open box, so I'm pretty sure they got in there after.
God I hope they did, because the box was half gone.

It was an old box. But when I looked in the cupboard at the rest of the pasta today there were little bugs in the rice and other unopened boxes as well, so it's not the company.
It happens.
By the way...you may want to take off the Caps Lock. It seems like you are shouting on all of your posts.

OMG that happened to me once. I pulled out some Wondra to make gravy and when I poured it out, I was like, why are there a ton of rice grains in the Wondra Uh, yeah, they were bugs!!!
