So today I was ..
interviewing a HS student for a part time position at my company (she's a senior). I happen to know through the grapevine that she is adopted. She was the sweetest, most mature adorable kid. She had to bring me back her working papers to complete and I saw that of course it does need parent approval etc.
Point of my story is, it really made me realize that yes, of course, everyone on here wants to be pregnant. No doubt about that. But bottom line is - we all want to be parents. To raise, love and nurture a child. That's really what it's about. This kid seemed so great and for some reason it just made me think...just a prayer that even though we do not know right now where our paths will lead us....we all hope & pray to be parents of some great kids one day...regardless of how they come into our lives...

what a beautiful thing to write!!!! And I have to say I couldnt agree more My best friend and my nephew are adopted and they are my 2 favorite people in the entire world....they're so loving and I cant imagine my life without them

I agree w/ you. I've expressed this before.  My DH is adopted and I see the bond that he has w/ his parents.
