So this is what Ive got
going on for Ry's 1st B-day-
Critiquing anyone?
We are having about 50 adults and 10 children- and have rented a tent, 8 tables and 64 chairs, 2 buffet tables..
Dalmation theme:
white table clothes
black (round- like spots  )plates
Black pawprint confetti on the tables
3 white ballons with black paw print on each table
A HUGE/Heavy dog bone- as the balloons weight- (we'll just tie the balloon string around the mid. of the bone)
white/black- forks and knives
#1- cake plates and napkins
Cotton candy machine and pinanta( a pull string one- in the shape of a 1) for the kids-
Dog bowls filled with chips and pretzels..
Wings, hero, pot salad, mac salad, taco salad, chicken fran, baked ziti, and sausage and pepers...
Beer/soda
Cake and cupcakes for desert (still not sure if we are gonna do the chocolate fountain)
Of course RJ's table has a billion #1 balloons- and I got this adorable decorating kit for his high chair....
Any other ideas???

Sounds great. You are way ahead of me and I have 3 weeks to go  I haven't even bought decorations yet since I'm still unpacking from the move.

Do you have regular napkins (not dessert napkins) for the main meal?
Do you have water/juice boxes for the kids?
Charge the battery on your video camera / digital camera.
are you doing anything for the kids to play? (not necessary, but helpful if you need to occupy them).

- drinks for the kids and straws
- also bags for the pinata - you can get white bags and write each childs name using a black sharpie in dots to go with your theme
- are you doing favors - I make the candy bar wrappers which are always a hit and can be done in any theme

Yep I got reg napkins...
And aside from the pinanta, and cotton candy machine- there is the swing set/slide...but thats it- the kids are really little(like 1 or younger) or a little older (like 10) so i dont think im gonna do an activity...
I didnt think of juice boxes- do you think I should get them? - I will have 4 kids who actually will drink from a cup...
ages 3, 5, 5, and 10....the rest are babies- who will have thier own cup/bottle...
I will have ice tea and water

Rather than get juice boxes, get a container of juice. You can give it to the mom of one of the 5 year olds when you're done

Good idea-
the 5 yr olds are twins... so its only one mom- and that works out perfectly!

Yea- Im a little bit of a freak when it comes to organization and planning...
The food part is the easiest since my Best friends dad is a caterer- his food is delicous and he gives me awesome prices!!!!
