So stuffy & dry at night

I have a cool mist humidifier running, I have been using breathe right strips every night..and still I wake up extremely dry and stuffy. Any other tips? In addition to waking up to pee, to turn over and whatever else, now I am dealing with this lol. Chat Icon Chat Icon

So stuffy & dry at night

We have two humidifiers running and leave the bedroom door open so it circulates. We have steam heat so its always dry.

The dryness and congestion worked its way to my throat, and it's been so sore in the middle of the night. I've been putting some Vicks vapor rub on my throat and it seems to help a bit...at least it allows me to fall asleep.

It's unfortunatley totally normal! And you get stuffy so you breathe out of your mouth which just makes the dryness in your throat worse!

I sleep with a humidifier in the room and we crack the window. It helps a lot. Also keep a cup of water near your bed b/c it'll help hydrate you. And as always, make sure you're drinking enough throughout the day.
