So sick this weekend...
I got the worst case of food poisoning I have ever had. So of course I am a nervous wreck that DS will get sick. I can't find any information about food poisoning transfering through breast milk so I have been pumping and dumping (and crying when I pour all that milk down the sink)  I started feeling better this morning and haven't taken an medication since 7pm last night...do you think it's safe to feed him my milk now?

Thanks so much for this link...I am going to let him have the milk from this point forward. 
Fortunately, I am now past the sitting on the toilet while holding the can stage. That scary sight was all morning yesterday. 
Besides the pain the worst part was not being able to care for my son. You are so right about wanting death...I wanted out of the misery so bad - thank God it is passing.
