So nervous about telling

I'm 8 weeks today have had 3 sonos heard the heartbeat 2x but am still nervous about telling people. I'm telling my gf's tonight at our monthly dinner and I'm so nervous. These are people I would want to know if I lost the baby but every time I talk to someone about it I get really upset. This is my first and I never had a mc but it took 18 months and I'm just scared. Does that fear ever go away?

The fear will begin to fade as time goes on. It took me 2 years and I was constantly qafraid in the beginning. once you feel the baby it helps a lot since you will know it is at least moving around.

I told everyone right away. I didn't have the nt scan and was not going to wait until my amnio at 17 weeks.
