So, let's expand the CF box--What qualities do you admire most in a woman?
Intelligence, sense of humor, and independence.

Emotional maturity, definitely.
I work in an office with 90% female staffers and I can count on my fingers the women who I consider to be immature, catty, gossippy, good for nothing-but-drama girls vs the women who carry themselves with class, dignity, hubris and professionalism. The latter is a trait I really admire in fellow females.
