So if you have two or more little ones at home I'm curious
Dd is 5, my middle DS is 28 mos and my youngest is 8 mos. Ellie gets picked up from K at 3:20 so we leave the house or try to at 3. 28 mos old naps from 12-3 so that I have to wake him just about every day. And the baby seems to be transitioning from 3 naps to 2 naps per day. he was napping after pick up but now needs to nap just before or right at pick up time so I'm curious
What do others do w/ their babies and/or toddlers when you have to drop off or pick up older sibs?

Re: So if you have two or more little ones at home I'm curious
This is what I'm dealing with right now with my 16 month old--the two older sisters are both in school FT though.
So, right now DS is still doing the two nap thing--they are 11-12:30 and then 4-5:30. I have to decide when to make that one long nap happen. I've decided (upon consulting with some BTDT moms) that when the time comes to consolidate naps I'm going to shoot for lunch at 11:30 and then in bed by 12 and wake up at 2:15 which is when I have to get the girls. Let's see...
