So, I have been exposing myself all over town..and I don't care
I have become a public breastfeeder and I don't care who sees what. Enough is enough...I never left the house without 2 bottles pumped..then I had to start using the freezer pack cooler..for what? So a stranger doesn't get a quick glimpse of my nip?
I was at the park this week, sitting on a bench..Josh starts whining..I pull out a bottle. My friend is with me, she says, see now is the perfect time to save the bottle..no one is looking at you. It hit me, who is really staring at me anyway? And if they are and say anything other then "good for her for giving the baby the best" then f-them! My morning walks are now preparation free. Throw baby in stroller and my normal 2 hour walk became a 3 hour walk yesterday.
so that's it, I am done. after 10 weeks of hiding..I am going public. I am lucky enough to have him latch on great, so I am going to get full benefit out of the situation. Free milk, no preparation.
okay, celebration done.

I do it in my car all the time (and in dressing rooms, etc) but never just out. Good for you

Congrats on getting your freedom back!! I noticed when I BF in public that I was the one worrying about it, meanwhile no one was really even paying attention at all!

ummmm 2 and 3 hour walks I havent even went on a 2 minute walk yet
how much weight have you lost???
