So I caved and finally had chinese for lunch..
...after all these months of avoiding it due to the sodium.
I was craving it so bad and at this point my feet swell no matter WHAT I do so I said screw it!
Now I regret it- between the heartburn, the gas pains and pressure, and the swelling I am sure to see later on, I realize it was a bad choice!
It did taste VERY VERY salty too...not sure why they have to salt everything SO much- it's actually unpleasant tasting when it's that salty.
Oh well- I made my bed I guess....

That sucks I hate when Chinese places use MSG or too much salt. Drink a bunch of water.

i had chinese today too! it is our anniversary so we were celebrating... if i can't have champagne then i can at least have the food i crave!! lol

I had chinese food ONCE during this pregnancy and I swore I wouldnt again. I literally thought I was going to die from the heartburn alone.. lol

Surprisingly my feet didn't swell any more than usual! So I'm thinking at this late point it doesn't even matter what I eat any more- I'm going to swell regardless.
So bring it on!
The worst part was the raging heartburn- tums after tums didn't help so I finally popped a Pepcid and it did the trick.
Now the gas on the other hand..... 
All in all it was worth it!
