So hungry
Trying not to eat after 8 PM-especially the night before my WW weigh in-I just want to snack. I ate a decent dinner, but I didn't work out until after 9 so now I am hungry

The night before a WI is always the toughest! I try to drink a cup of hot tea and that usually helps to hold me over.
Hope your WI goes well
