DW knew two older sisters named Queen Anne <lastname> and Queen Elizabeth <lastname> 
Went to school with a Crystal Bell.
Paige Davis, from "Trading Spaces" married someone with the last name of Page.... Paige Page...  (I think she kept her maiden name...  )
