So frustrating!I
I've been working out for almost 3 weeks with a trainer, Two sessions a week. I do cardio suring these sessions and also inbetween. I'm also following weight watchers. I feel like I"m losing but I'm losing any actual weight.

Re: So frustrating!I
when i first started with my trainer i was told that my progress would be tracked monthly. being rather impatient i jumped on the scale after like 3 weeks and almost fainted when i saw i gained 2 lbs! i ran to my trainer to talk to her and she explained that usually when people first start to train, even though they are burning fat and working hard, they gain at first because they are gaining muscle - which i think weighs more than fat, so even though i was losing fat, the muscle that i was gaining was cancelling it out bc of the weight difference.

Re: So frustrating!I
I think it was because I was retaining water. I had a salty meal the night before I weighed in. When I weighed myself the next morning I was down a pound. Still a little slow but at least my jeans feel better.
