So frustrating!!!
I'm trying to get a refill on my prescription.
The doctor's office called in 10/22 I go to pick it up on Sat and it's not there. Wait till Mon call the Doctor's office for them to tell me they did call it in. Call the pharmacy back, they say they will contact the doctor's office. Call today to see if it was filled, AGAIN they have no record of it. So I call the doctor's office back and now they are going to call the pharmacy and see what's up.
How annoying, I have been calling back and forth about ten times.
Hopefully it will get filled today!

Are there 2 of the same pharmacies in your town?
That happen to me - cause there are 2 Eckerds and they were not sending it to the one I wanted (which was closer to me) they were sending it to the other Eckerd in my town

That what I thought happened b/c I recently switched pharmacy's. I thought that they may have called it in to the old one, but I confirmed the phone number with them.
I finally talked to the nurse at the doctor's office and she was nice about (unlike the others  )
Hopefully she will take care of it!
