Snow Day Eats....
What are we making....
so far for breakfast it is eggs, toast, and turkey sausage.
Thinking of chicken francese a little later...
Maybe some Mac & Cheese....

I had a tuna sandwich for breakfast.
 It was supposed be my lunch.
DH has plans to bribe me with KFC or McDonalds for dinner if I help him shovel out my inlaws. 
I was thinking roast chicken with wild rice and some potatoes for dinner.

-egg white omlet with veggies for me

Dinner; Beef tacos and brown rice

just had waffles with DS for breakfast
and we made banana choc chip cookies that are in the oven
leftover pea soup with homemade garlic croutons for lunch
meatloaf, spinach salad and som sort of potato for dinner
hubbys at work....just me and the kids home

I switched all the days around for my weekly menu!
This morning we had omelettes and citrus salad.
Lunch is homemade English muffin pizzas with fresh tomato and mozzarella
Dinner is Roasted Vegetable Soup, Grilled Cheese sandwiches
I'm also making chocolate cake and chocolate chip cookies.

We didn't really have breakfast.

Dinner is most definitely Pulled BBQ chicken in the crockpot. YUMMY

DH had to go to work so the routine is the usual for me. Special K cereal with blueberries and raspberries for breakfast. Salad for lunch. and I might just be grabbing pizza for dinner since we have errands to run tonight. I did make brownies though.

Breakfast: Whole Grain Farina with Slivered Almonds and Strawberries
Snack: 2 Anginetti Cookies & Minneola Orange
Lunch: Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup with Whole Grain Roll
Snack: Yoplait Light Key Lime Pie Yogurt
Dinner: Fried Chicken Cutlets, Mashed Potatoes, Oven 'fried' Broccoli, Baby Carrots with Butter
Dessert: Whole Wheat Banana Bread w/ Dark Chocolate Chips & Whip Cream

No special meals today, but the kids and I are making gingerbread cookies from scratch. The dough has been chilling in the fridge for a few hrs already. We'll roll and cut the cookies after DD's nap.

lunch: beef quesadillas, quac
dinner: quick and spicy tomato soup
dessert: chocolate chip cookies and a cranberry upside down cake
i'm also baking two loaves of whole wheat bread

breakfast: dh had egg whites with feta and i had a green shake, so yummy!
lunch: dh had a salad with penne ala vodka from last night. i had a salad and celery with PB.
dinner: homemade pizza and garlic bread leftover from last night.

Woke up late so I didn't have breakfast.
For lunch I had leftover chicken sausage and peppers from last night.
Dinner I'm making roast beef with twice baked potatoes and some kind of green veggie.
