Sneezing
When u sneeze does it hurt.
I just sneezed and it hurt in my belly like i got a pull cramp. Plus it was a loud one.
Is it bad or is it ok cause i'm using the muscles down there.

When I was reading about round ligament pain it said that it is most often felt or more intense during coughing or sneezing because you're contracting everything that's stretching.
